Problem
- Very high failure rate of High Bay Lights in the first 12 months
- Inconsistent light levels through the plant due to “spotting” through the facility
- Poor quality LED High Bay Lights previously installed by another company
Solution
- The manufacturing and warehousing areas were converted to 150W Induction High Bay Lights
- The failed LED Lights were removed
- 96 x IEQ 150W Induction High Bays were installed

- The light level consistency and reliability increased dramatically
- 65% reduction in energy consumption associated with lighting on site
