Problem
The electricity costs were too high, so the client was looking to bring these down and reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint without degrading the livelihood of the site.
Solution
To upgrade the lighting to new, more energy efficient LED lighting. Despite the improved light levels of the proposed lamps, the energy consumption was reduced from an average peak of 59.9 kW to 15.6 kW with the lights (of interest) operating. Lighting currently represents 5.57% of the total sites electricity.

- 24 x 90W Renewtech FL02-90 LED Flood Lights (Replacing 400 MV units)
- 100 x 40W LED Flat Panel (Replacing Twin 36W (86w) T8 units)
