Problem

The energy costs on site became excessive, and a survey revealed lighting on site contributed more than 73.5% of the site’s total electricity costs. In addition, the air compressors on site were inefficient and in need of upgrades

Solution

Upgrading the existing compressor to a new Ingersoll Rand unit and upgrading the existing Metal Halide High Bay, Low Bay and Flood Lights to new Induction Light technologies.

  • 390 x 200W Induction High Bay Lights (Replacing 400W units)
  • 64 x 120W Low Bays Lights (Replacing 250W Metal Halide units)
  • 63 x 400W Flood Lights
  • 12 Control Boxes with daylight sensors
